- Simon Gilmore Added December 14, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We used Todds Real estate to manage a rural property in Penrose. Nearly every contact we made with the property manager was ignored.They failed to conduct proper inspections and the tenants destroyed property including workbenches, septic irrigation system, toilets and animal cages. Todds made no effort to rectify the problems and did not list them on the final inspection reports. Todds also failed to make sure that all the rent was paid. We have a number of properties under rental management and have never experienced such poor, unprofessional property management.
