Order was poached eggs they were a poor attempt, white bread provided asked for brown, coffee was like water. Think original burger patty made on the grill with fine onions, beetroot, tomato, crispy iceberg lettuce and tomato sauce with square cut chips.
This place is familiar and cosy. A stream of locals come past for burgers and chips. It’s tasty and will fill you up.

Just had the cheapest burger and chips in a decade...and it was great!!

- Michelle Chan Added June 15, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We went with the kids for an afternoon hot drink and scones. No scones as advertised. Coffee was not nice, kids seemed to like the hot chocolate. Place is dated and because it was cold outside we were inside and the place smelled too much of hot food/chips. Not very good ambience. Realised later there was a tea house further down the road which would have been a better choice for us!
